About Us

Ron-Al Mold and Machine is a Kent-Ohio-based manufacturer with two divisions: The mold-making division specializes in rubber molds for the automotive, railroad and appliance industries. The machining division has eight machining centers, two turning centers, four EDM machines and deep-drilling capabilities for all metals. We also provide computer programming and downloading through Virtual Gibbs, as well as data translation capabilities. All computers and network systems were updated in 2006 to meet the changing technology standards and growing demand.

Ron-Al Mold and Machine has been a staple in our industry and our community for the past 30 years. Here at Ron-Al Mold and Machine we value consistency.

  • Consistent pricing.
  • Consistent quality.
  • Consistent delivery.

Ron-Al Mold and Machine started operations in 1980 as a small family run shop servicing the rubber mold industry. Over the next 20 years they made a name for themselves as premier mold builders working with the automotive, railroad, and appliance industries. In 2001, as the economy saw a downturn, owners Ron and Alan Siciliano saw an opportunity to keep their business alive by turning to general machining and production machining.

This additional division kept the company moving forward as the industry saw many enterprises go under or sell off to larger more competitive players. From 2001 until 2013 Ron-Al Mold and Machine focused on building the general machining and mold building divisions, adding customers in a variety of industries including, heavy equipment, medical, and aerospace.

Upon noticing the amount of weldments that were coming through the door, Ron-Al Mold and Machine
decided to vertically integrate in 2014 and acquire JDJ Metal Fabricators out of Maple Heights, OH. This now gives Ron-Al Mold and Machine the ability to take an entire assembly from design to product as well as appeal to new markets.

We at Ron-Al Mold and Machine are gearing up for a big year in 2015. Along with growing our fabricating capabilities we are growing our production machining capabilities with plans on capital equipment purchases as well as intentions to start additional certification processes. We look forward to having you as not just a customer but a partner in business.
